Prayer for Victory over Enemies.

For the choir director. A Psalm of David.

1 May the Lord answer you ain the day of trouble!
May the bname of the cGod of Jacob set you securely on high!
2May He send you help dfrom the sanctuary
And esupport you from Zion!
3May He fremember all your meal offerings
And gfind your burnt offering
Lit fat
acceptable!
Selah may mean: Pause, Crescendo or Musical interlude
Selah.

4May He grant you your jheart’s desire
And kfulfill all your
Or purpose
counsel!

Or Let us sing
We will nsing for joy over your
Or salvation
victory,
And in the name of our God we will pset up our banners.
May the Lord qfulfill all your petitions.

6Now rI know that the Lord saves His anointed;
He will sanswer him from His holy heaven
With the
Or mighty deeds of the victory of His right hand
,
usaving strength of His right hand.
7Some
Or praise chariots, or trust, or are strong through
boast in chariots and some in whorses,
But xwe
Lit make mention of; or praise the name
will boast in the name of the Lord, our God.
8They have zbowed down and fallen,
But we have aarisen and stood upright.

Or O Lord , save the king; answer us
,
acSave, O Lord;
May the adKing answer us in the day we call.
